The Carroll soccer team defeated Tipton 3-1 in Overtime on Saturday to claim the Sectional Championship.
After 80 minutes of play, both teams were locked at one. Carroll was able to net two goals in OT and won 3-1. Goals were scored by Drew Radcliff, Theo Desits, and Aiden Duff. Carroll returns to the regional semifinal for the second straight year.
They’ll match up with Faith Christain, who they played on Sep. 17, losing 5-1. The match is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 17 at 5:00 p.m. at Taylor High School.
