Purdue Extension Announces Clinton County Medical Emergency Fund

The Purdue Extension Office of Clinton County announced the launch of the Clinton County Medical Emergency Fund with intentions to aid uninsured and underinsured members of the community.

Applications must be submitted by noon on Friday, Oct. 18, and the organization requested that individuals only apply once as the ability to help community members depends on the available funds.

Qualifications:

  • Live in Clinton County
  • Be uninsured or underinsured
  • Have applied for financial assistance through the facility you received services from and bring proof
  • Provide required documents, which are listed at the end of the application form.

Paper applications may be received in both English and Spanish at 1111 S. Jackson St. in Frankfort or 2 E. White St. in Frankfort. For more information, call the Purdue Extension Office at 765-654-9544.

The fund has been created through the collaboration of the Purdue Extension Office, Learning Network of Clinton County, Community Foundation of Clinton County and The Open Door Health Clinic.
