The community has been invited to join the team at Iron Men Properties for the grand opening of Delphi’s newest 68-unit multi-family housing development dubbed “The Interurban” tomorrow.
The ceremony will celebrate the official opening of the development as it intends to provide increased housing availability for the community of Delphi. The ceremony will be held tomorrow, Nov. 22 at 11:30 a.m. at 202 E. Front St. in Delphi.
The ceremony will also welcome attendees to participate in tours, enjoy food and experience fun following the initial grand opening ceremony.
The Interurban has already achieved over 50% of its units being leased.
