The Caring Center in Boone County has announced its need for items during the month of December to continue its mission with aiding needs in the county for local community members.
The center stated that it strives to continue the tradition of providing a turkey for the holiday food boxes and needs help from the community to make it a possibility. The center released that it has freezers to hold the turkeys, but they are in need of the turkeys to be delivered, which may be delivered to the center at 1230 Ransdell Court in Lebanon.
Other food items may also be donated during business hours at Great Lakes Ace Hardware, Habitat for Humanity Retail Store, St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and The Caring Center.
