Food Finders Food Bank has announced that the mobile food pantry originally scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 21 for Clinton County was canceled due to weather and rescheduled to Jan. 31.
The mobile food pantry was originally scheduled for 11 a.m. Jan. 21 at the Frankfort First Church of the Nazarene, but the event was postponed due to the subzero temperatures and expected wind chills. The mobile food pantry will be available for the community instead tomorrow, Jan. 31 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Frankfort First Church of the Nazarene.
Another mobile food pantry will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 11 a.m. at Riggs Community Health Center at 2121 S. Gopher Dr. in Frankfort presented by Anthem. The event will be a drive-through distribution and all clients must remain in their vehicles. Attendees are asked not to arrive before 10:30 a.m. The amount of food available does vary and will be distributed first-come, first-served.
