The Area IV Agency on Aging and Community Action has encouraged community members to save the date for the next Inner Light support group for those above the age of 55 struggling with anxiety or depression with a new location.
The program is specifically designed to aid seniors experiencing anxieties or depression, and it will be held on the first Thursday of every month with the next meeting being held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 3. The support group will meet at Paul Phillippe Resource Center at 401 W. Walnut St. in Frankfort.
