The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office has announced its receipt of a $5,000 donation for its Jail Chemical Addiction Program, known as JCAP, to continue aiding with inmates who seek to better themselves through education and dedication to improve their lives following release.
The Sheriff’s Office announced that First Merchants Bank donated $5,000 for the program to continue supporting Mark Mathley and Kelli Milligan from First Merchants who volunteer in teaching financial literacy to incarcerated individuals as well as the program as a whole.
“Thank you for supporting recovery programming at the Clinton County Jail,” the Sheriff’s Office released.
