This holiday season, WILO and the Humane Society of Clinton County are continuing to spread festive cheer with their 12 Strays of Christmas campaign. Each day highlights an adoptable animal in need of a forever home, giving the community a chance to make a special holiday wish come true.
Today’s featured pet is Roscoe, a lovable male Pit Bull Terrier who is ready to find his perfect family. Roscoe is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and is known for his affectionate personality. A true people-pleaser, he loves being around cats, dogs, and kids, making him a wonderful fit for a wide variety of households.
Roscoe is a huge snuggler who thrives on companionship and enjoys spending time with his people. Shelter staff say he has a gentle, friendly nature and would make a loyal and loving addition to any home looking for a devoted canine companion.
Adopting during the 12 Strays of Christmas is a meaningful way to share the spirit of the season while giving a deserving animal a fresh start. As part of the campaign, Roscoe’s adoption fee is fully sponsored.
From December 1–12, the Humane Society of Clinton County is featuring 46 cats and dogs, all with sponsored adoption fees—making it the perfect time to welcome a new furry friend for the holidays.
If you’d like to make Roscoe’s holiday wish come true, email cchs04@sbcglobal.net to learn more or to schedule a meet-and-greet in Frankfort, Indiana.
WILO’s 12 Strays of Christmas is proudly sponsored by Day & Genda Funeral Home and T.C. Trailers. Tune in each morning to meet the Stray of the Day and help spread holiday hope—one pet at a time.
