Graciela Navarrete Loreto, 77, of Frankfort, passed away February 17, 2026 at I.U. Health Arnett Hospital, Frankfort, Indiana. She was born November 1, 1948 in Guerrero, Mexico to Luis Navarrete and Guadalupe Loreto. She married Leopoldo Gonzalez and he preceded her in death.
Graciela lived in Mexico for 46 years, California for 24 years and Indiana for 6 years. She is of the Christian Baptist Faith. Graciela was a homemaker, a wonderful cook and enjoyed preparing food for family and friends.
Graciela is survived by her son, Rev. Leo (Natividad) Gonzalez of Frankfort, daughter, Graciela Gonzalez of Mexico, 8 grandchildren, Jennifer Gonzalez, Kevin Gonzalez, Samuel Gonzalez, 2 great-grandchildren, Leo A. Moreno and Luna Williams Gonzalez as well as children she raised, Laurelle R. Ojeda, Justin Barrera, Bridgette Velais Barrera and Ashley Barrera.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Raul Gonzalez.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will begin at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Rev. Leo Gonzalez and Pastor Kevin Gonzalez will officiate. Following cremation, burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Primera Iglesia Bautista, 300 E. Graciela Navarrete Loreto, de 78 años, de Frankfort, falleció el día 17 de febrero del año 2026 en el Hospital I.U. Health Arnette de Frankfort, Indiana. Graciela nació el día 1ro de noviembre de 1948., ., en el estado de Guerrero, Mexico. Sus padres, Luis Navarrete y Guadalupe Loreto. Ella contrajo matrimonio con su ahora difunto esposo, Leopoldo Gonzalez.
Graciela vivió en México 46 años, en California 24 años y en Indiana 6 años. Ella era de fe Cristiana Bautista. Fue ama de casa y una exelente cocinera. Disfrutaba preparar comidas para sú familia y amigos.
A Graciela le sobrevive sú hijo, Leopoldo (Natividad) Gonzalez de Frankfort, sú hija, Graciela Gonzalez de Mexico, 8 nietos, Jennifer Gonzalez, Kevin Gonzalez, Samuel Gonzalez, 2 bisnietos, Leo A. Moreno y Luna Williams Gonzalez. Tambien le sobreviven Laurelle R. Ojeda, Justin Barrera, Bridgette Velais Barrera y Ashley Barrera.
Le precidieron en la muerte sus padres, sú esposo, y sú hijo, Raul Gonzalez.
El velorio se llevará a cabo el día Viernes, 20 de febrero, en la Casa Funeraria, Goodwin. 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Con un servicio religioso comenzando a las 7 p.m. con el Rev. Leo Gonzalez y el Pastor Kevin Gonzalez. Cremacion y entierro se llevarán a cabo en una fecha posterior. Sú última morada será en el Cementerio Bunnell.
