Mark Allen King, 72, of Frankfort, passed away March 6, 2026 at his home.  He was born on March 7, 1953 in Lebanon to Roscoe W & Anna Mae (Walker) King.

Mark was a 1971 graduate of Clinton Central.  He retired from the Laborers Local 274.  He was a member of the Scotland Christian Church, Moose Lodge and Sons of American Legion.  Mark enjoyed Indy car racing and playing football, and softball.

Mark is survived by a daughter, Alisha King of Frankfort, sister, Rosalind M. King of Indianapolis, step-daughter, Clarissa Robertson of Frankfort, step-son, Shane King, grandchildren, Kandra Polston, Jadi Dixon, Dustin Dixon, Dylan Henady and Dakota Henady, great-grandchildren, Brynlee Henady, Easton Henady, Hunter Henady, Jameson Stone, Khalil Lewis, Leland Alfaro, Mia Mae Hiatt, Aven Booth, Ella Smith and Naomi Krasinski.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne E. King.

Visiting will be from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Goodwin Funeral Home.  Funeral services will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to Scotland Christian Church.  Please visit goodwinfuneralhome.com to leave a condolence.
