Carol A. Watson, 85, of Muncie, Ind., passed away May 25, 2026 at Bethel Pointe Health & Rehabilitation. She was born on September 11, 1940 in Frankfort to Ruth Evelyn (Loucks) Guyer.
Carol was a graduate of Mulberry High School, where she participated in plays and opera and was the prom queen. She joined the ministry in 1965 and ministered to many in the Frankfort and Muncie areas, lending spiritual guidance to others was a large part of her ministry. She attended River of Life Church in Muncie. She also was a substitute teacher at Muncie Schools. Carol was friendly, outgoing, and loved people. She also enjoyed photography, her flowers, and dining out.
Surviving is her daughter: Cathy Huffer of Frankfort. She is preceded in death by her mother and step-father: Ruth and Keith Dunlap, along with her son: Mark Thompson and her twin brother: Leonard Dale Guyer Jr.
A funeral service with Brother Robert Hackler and Brother Jorge Orellana officiating will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort. Burial will follow in Bunnell Cemetery, Frankfort. Memorial donations may be made to Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center to assist with final expenses.
