COACH Kids is seeking adult volunteers to serve as mentors for students at Frankfort Middle School and Suncrest Elementary School.
The program is looking for adults who can commit to meeting with students weekly during designated times, with availability on the same day each week preferred.
At Frankfort Middle School, a seventh-grade student is waiting for a mentor on Mondays from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. A male mentor is specifically needed for this student.
Suncrest Elementary School has four students waiting for mentors. Three second-grade students are available during lunch from 12:05 to 12:35 p.m., while a third-grade student is available from 10:55 to 11:25 a.m.
Adult mentors can make a meaningful difference by building relationships with students, offering encouragement and providing consistent support throughout the school year.
Those interested in becoming a mentor can apply by calling 765-654-8812 or emailing callen@coachkids.org.
