25 years ago life long Clinton County resident Evelyn Ploughe drove around Frankfort taking photos with a 35 mm camera before the days of digital. Included are photos of local business’s, Churches, and Schools. Some business’s are still here with the same look and some with a new look. Sadly some are totally gone and a part of history. After the recent fire in downtown Frankfort Evelyn decided to shared her photos with us so we could take a look back in history.
