The Clinton County Humane Society is encouraging community members to open their hearts and homes to animals in need during a special “Lucky Charm” adoption promotion running now through March 21.
The limited-time adoption event is being promoted by the shelter’s volunteer support group, Paw Pals of Clinton County Humane Society, and aims to help more dogs and cats find permanent homes.
