The Area Plan Commission will be holding a special meeting at the Clinton County Commission’s Hearing Room for consideration of a moratorium on the issuance of permits to any person, firm or entity seeking to place or install a Battery Farm on any property within the jurisdiction of the Plan Commission that will provide the Plan Commission with the
opportunity to consider the adoption of ordinances to address the environmental, safety, and other
issues arising from Battery Farms and to establish the best standards for the construction, operation
and location of Battery Farms.
