Halloween is less than one week away and most communities in the area have released Trick-or-Treat hours and specific Halloween events that are going to take on Oct. 31All Trick-or-Treat hours listed are going to be Tuesday, Oct. 31 unless specifically mentioned with the city or town. They are as follows: Burlington 5-7:30 p.m.; Camden 6-8 p.m.; Cicero 6-8 p.m.; Colfax 6-8 p.m.; Delphi 6-8 p.m.; Flora 6-8 p.m.; Frankfort 5-9 p.m.; Jamestown 5:30-8:30 p.m.; Lebanon 6-9 p.m.; Michigantown 5-8 p.m.; Mulberry 5-8 p.m.; Rossville 6-8 p.m.; Sheridan 6-8 p.m.; Thorntown 5-9 p.m.; Tipton 5-8 p.m.(Oct. 30-& 31); Whitestown 6-9 p.m.; and Zionsville 5:30-8:30 p.m. Lafayette and West Lafayette have no dates or times mentioned.
Frankfort is having a Trick or Treat event in the downtown from 5:30-7 p.m. There will be a Kids’ Costume Contest for the cutest, scariest and most creative. Age groups will be 4-and-under, 5-9 and 10-15. Register at the Gazebo in Veterans Park. Judging starts at 6 p.m.
The Frankfort Unified Neighborhoods (FUN) is having a Trunk or Treat Scare on the Square from 5:30-7 pm. on October . There will be a costume contest for ages 0-3, 4-7 and 8+. Judging starts at 6:30 p.m. Candy donations are also needed and can can be dropped off at C&R Catering, 8 S.
