Frankfort, IN., On May 14,2023 at approximately 9 PM, Frankfort Police responded to a report of Shots Fired in the 1000 block of Myrtle Avenue.
The investigation resulted in an arrest on May 15,2023 in the afternoon. An arrest warrant was issued and served on 25-year-old Sterling Devon Harry of Frankfort. He was charged with Criminal Recklessness and Pointing a Firearm. Both are felonies.
Officers also are requesting a charge for violating a restraining order. The alleged victims are not a party to that restraining order. The heavy police presence on Myrtle between Kyger and Palmer has ended. The Boys and Girls Club was placed on lock down for a short period.
