Arthur D. “Don” Waddell, 8
1, of rural Frankfort, Ind., died December 7, 2023 at his home. He was born October 26, 1942 in Lafayette, Ind. to Arthur D. Waddell & Edna Fern (Horney) Waddell. He married Sara Arpe on February 7, 1970 and she preceded him in death on June 7, 2018.
Don was a 1960 graduate of Colfax High School and had lived in Perry Township his entire life. He was a farmer, business owner, trucker and artic explorer. Don was an avid poker player.
Don is survived by his son: Charles (Deana) Waddell of Las Vegas, NV, daughter: Donna (Two Bears) Medina of Las Vegas, NV, brother: William H. (Margaret) Waddell of Frankfort, sisters: Martha D. “Delores” Miller and Mary Lou Grover both of Stockwell, 2 grandchildren: Samira & Hudson Waddell.
Funeral Services:
Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 13th at the funeral home.
