The Boone County Community Chest Clothes Closet has announced its return set for March 1 to provide needed items for community members in Boone County.
The closet will be open tomorrow, Saturday, March 1 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Freedom Church at 2061 Indianapolis Ave. in Lebanon. Visitors will be able to select from free clothing for themselves and their family members.
The organizers announced that the closet has an overage of women’s sizes, and for the March 1 opening, there will be no limit for women’s clothes due to the surplus.
The closet organizers announced that they are in need of volunteers to help with the closet. Volunteers will help individuals locate items and sizes that they need while also helping to organize donations.
