On Monday at approximately 10:19 p.m., the Boone County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call reporting a cardiac arrest of an infant at 3955 E State Road 47 Lebanon.When emergency personnel arrived the infant was not responsive. Responding emergency personnel performed CPR on the infant. The infant was transported to Witham Memorial Hospital and was pronounced deceased. The incident is currently under investigation by the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.
