The Boone County Indiana Sheriff’s Office is inviting community members to roll up their sleeves and give the gift of life at a special blood drive honoring Deputy Jacob Pickett.
The event will take place on March 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ern K. Hudson Justice Center Training Room. Donors should enter through Door 1. The blood drive serves as a meaningful tribute to Deputy Pickett’s service and dedication, offering residents an opportunity to honor his legacy by helping others in need.
Appointments to donate can be scheduled through the American Red Cross website.
As a token of appreciation, all donors will receive free A1c testing and a $15 Amazon gift card.
