The Boone County Sheriff’s Office has announced the addition of a new member to its team. Sheriff Tony Harris and the Boone County Sheriff’s Office are welcoming Jorge Armas as the department’s newest Corrections Officer.
As a corrections officer, Armas will play a key role in maintaining the safety, security, and daily operations of the Boone County Jail. The position is vital to ensuring the secure management of inmates, the safety of staff and visitors, and the orderly operation of the facility.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Office said it looks forward to the contributions Armas will bring to the team.
