The Boone County Solid Waste Management District awarded a long-time partner with an award in appreciation for the continued service the partner provides with financial operations, which has spanned the past 30 years.
At Thursday’s district board meeting, the board recognized Dale Kennedy Bookkeeping and Tax Services alongside Kennedy himself for the continued support of the district where he has served as the district’s financial officer for 30 years.
“We hope to continue this partnership for many years to come,” the district released.
District Board President Craig Melton honored Kennedy with a recycled glass award to show the board’s appreciation of his services for the past 30 years.
