The Boone County Sheriff’s Office invited its last class of junior deputies for the year for a ride in the coveted V150 to allow them to experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Six students from across the county were invited for a unique experience as they traveled in style in a V150 ride to school. Students from across the county were treated to the experience with Zionsville Eagles being transported to school in the V150 on Friday, Lebanon Tigers being escorted earlier this month and Western Boone Stars being driven to the school on Tuesday morning to round out the experiences.
“As the school year comes to a close, it is our hope that these kids remember this unique experience,” the department released. “Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make these moments special for our future leaders.”
