Boone EDC, City of Lebanon and ULI Indiana Unite for Urban Development

A groundbreaking collaboration between the Boone Economic Development Corporation (Boone EDC), the city of Lebanon, and Urban Land Institute Indiana (ULI Indiana). Together, they are launching a Technical Assistance Program (TAP) aimed at advancing strategic development in specific areas of Lebanon.
The initiative focuses on providing an unbiased, market-based perspective to address land use and development challenges, with a keen emphasis on maximizing growth and prosperity for the local community. The identified areas include the IMI site, Master Built Construction parcels, the Gillman property, and the Elm Street Mobile Home Park.
Claire Gelinas, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Manager of Boone EDC, highlights the initiative’s potential impact, stating, “The ULI TAP program is an exciting way to market the community and prepare for the future.”
Stay tuned for updates as it unfolds, marking a crucial step toward developing a new commercial and residential district that complements the historic downtown square of Lebanon.
