The Frankfort Board of Works voted to suspend Assistant Fire Chief Ed Cripe for 30 days due to an arrest for drunk driving in Boone County earlier this year. Frankfort Mayor Judy Sheets said the vote came at Monday evenings meeting. Cripe has a bench trial scheduled for January 3rd of next year in Boone County.
