After having a highly successful initial technology show last year, Braden Business Solutions was back in Frankfort Wednesday for a second consecutive year with another technology show which featured some new items.

“The equipment is constantly being updated,” said Braden Business Account Manager Lisa Gray. “But, there are a lot of things that are different as far as document solutions are concerned like being able to do work in a work flow type environment.”

Braden Business Solutions is headquartered in Fishers with a mission to help customers with their everyday copying, printing, scanning, faxing and IT needs. Their main services are office equipment, managed IT services and document management.

According to their brochure, Braden has a 97 percent customer satisfaction rating, the average resolution time is 2.4 hours, they manage 23K-plus devices and they have local support from over 100 organizations.

“We’re having a great show,” said Gray. “People from the City of Frankfort, the local businesses, the county, the police and a lot of employees have all come in. It’s great to be able to give back to the folks who have worked so hard with us at Braden. They’re part of the family.”

This is also a very special celebration year for Braden as it is celebrating 30 years in the industry.

“It’s a very big celebration year for Braden business,” said Gray. “(Owner) Dave Braden is from Indiana and our corporation is located in Fishers. He’s come a long way from selling fax machines out of the trunk of his car. He’s a one-man show.”

Braden also has three locations in Illinois as well as the main facility in Fishers.
