The 38th Annual Friends Fine Art Exhibition and Sale is Nov. 9–12, 2018 at the Frankfort Community Public Library. This year’s theme is Ebb & Flow, and watercolors will be the featured medium. We are now accepting submissions for all mediums 2D and 3D.
