Bird lovers far and wide are invited to Camp Cullom Saturday February 18 from 2pm to 4pm.
Camp Cullom will host “The Great Backyard Bird Count” complete with training and a checklist for your observations, Hot Chocolate and Snacks.
The Great Backyard Bird Count contributes to understanding global bird populations before one of their annual migrations. This event is an example of “Citizen Science” since observations will be turned into the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and become a part of the database at the Lab.
All ages are invited to attend and the session will start with a presentation on common birds found at Camp Cullom.

Where: Nature Center at Camp Cullom 6815 W CoRd 200 N, Frankfort Indiana 46041 located between Jefferson and Mulberry Indiana.
When: Saturday February 18, 2023 from 2pm to 4pm
Why: Fun of learning, exercise and collecting valuable data for science database at Cornell University.
Who: All ages invited. Instructions provided at beginning of the event.
