Western Boone running back/linebacker Cannon Brunes was named as the Player of the Game during Friday night’s victory over Western.

Western Boone High School running back and linebacker Cannon Brunes was named as “The Farmers Bank Player of the Game” on Hoosierland TV for his overall play in the Stars 21-13 victory over Western in Russiaville.

A Player of the Game will be selected each week during the high school football season.
