Carrol Joy (Crum) Avery Smith, 87, a lifelong Clinton County resident, died December 16, 2018 in Muncie, Ind. Funeral services will be Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Pastor Mike Flowers will officiate.
