Carroll County 911 Director Mike Fincher was honored with the Tom Brindle Award during the opening ceremonies of the Indiana 911 Professionals Conference.
The award, presented by INDIGITAL, recognizes the recipient for contributions to Indiana’s 911 community.
Following the presentation, Fincher credited the Carroll County 911 team and local public safety partners for the accomplishment.
“This award may have my name on it, but a big part of it belongs to our team,” Fincher said.
Fincher also thanked law enforcement, fire, EMS and other public safety agencies for their cooperation and partnership throughout Carroll County.
“I’ve never done any of it looking for recognition. I’ve done it because I believe in taking care of your people, doing the job the right way, and serving the community you call home,” Fincher said.
Fincher also congratulated the other award recipients recognized during this year’s conference.
