With voter registrations being due before Oct. 7, the Carroll County Clerk’s Office has announced the upcoming voting centers for early voting and Election Day for Carroll County residents.
The Clerk’s Office also announced that due to the upcoming Richard Allen Trial set for October, the voting location, which was the museum in the courthouse, has been moved for the 2024 General Election to the former Monical’s restaurant at 1022 S. Washington St. in Delphi. Early voting will begin on Oct. 8, and the voting center will still operate based on the courthouse hours.
Early Voting Times for 1022 S. Washington St. in Delphi:
- Oct. 8: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Oct. 9: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Oct. 10 – Oct. 11: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Oct. 14: Closed
- Oct. 15: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Oct. 16: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Oct. 17 – Oct. 18: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Oct. 21 – Oct. 22: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Oct. 23: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Oct. 24 – Oct. 25: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Oct. 26 (Saturday): 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Oct. 28 – Oct. 29: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Oct. 30: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Oct. 31 – Nov. 1: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The registration deadline is approaching on Oct. 7, and voters may register at indianavoters.com or by calling the Carroll County Clerk’s Office at 765-564-4485.
