The Carroll County Economic Development Corporation has released its 2024 recap of the projects and progresses that the county experienced throughout the year.
The EDC highlighted the new projects that were brought into the county, including The Andersons project, the Childrens Garden project, the Speculative Shell Building, the Bowen Estates and the Interurban Apartments.
