After hosting a ribbon cutting earlier this year, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office has announced that it has become officially operational at the new Sheriff’s Office and Jail.
Inmates were reportedly moved into the new jail yesterday, April 14. The Sheriff’s Office stated that the community will receive updates and further information as to changes conducted as the deputies work through minor bugs of the new building.
The new Sheriff’s Office and Jail is located at 6499 W. 100 N. in Delphi. Calling the 765-822-2166 main line will allow callers to connect with administration, jail staff, the Sheriff and deputies.
Dispatch has remained at the old jail currently, and they kept the old phone number of 765-564-2413.
