Patricia Rutan, a former rural Frankfort resident, passed at age 91 on December 18, 2022 at Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.
There will be a celebration of her life on June 4, 2023 from 1pm to 3pm in the Encompass Center at Prairie Creek Park, Frankfort, Indiana.
