Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced a pair of closures for Thursday. Residents are being asked to avoid West Jefferson Street from Myrtle Avenue to Central Avenue for two hours per a request from Frankfort Waterworks. This means the area should be open by noon.
Dispatch has also announced that the Clinton County Highway Department will have County Road 500 South closed between 580 West and 630 West for approximately four hours Thursday which means that should be reopened by 2 p.m.
