Approximately 5:00 AM this morning, Clinton County Central Dispatch issued an audible Tornado Test Warning. This test was supposed to be one of the three monthly silent tests.
The audible alarm was accidentally activated, according to Renee Crick, Central Dispatch Director. Central dispatch “take(s) the activation of the sirens seriously and apologize(s) for the error”.
