The Frankfort Community Public Library is changing its electronic lending policy. Starting Jan. 1, 2026, reciprocal borrowers and individuals using a Public Library Access Card (PLAC) will no longer have access to the Hoopla and Overdrive/Libby collections through the Frankfort Library. This change also applies to reciprocal borrowers and PLAC cardholders who use the Michigan Road, Mulberry, and Rossville branch libraries. Regular cardholders or those who pay the yearly non-resident fee will not be affected by this change.
