Charges Filed in Ongoing Child Molesting Investigation

Howard County, Indiana Prosecutor, Mark A. McCann, announced that his office has filed
multiple felony charges against Sieyumbe Nicba Arrington, age 48, of Kokomo, following an
extensive investigation by the Kokomo Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Section.

Arrington is charged under Cause No. 34D02-2510-F1-002600 with:
– Two counts of Child Molesting, Class A Felonies (I.C. 35-42-4-3(a)(1));
– Three counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Level 4 Felonies (I.C. 35-42-4-9(a)); and
– Three counts of Neglect of a Dependent, Level 6 Felonies (I.C. 35-46-1-4(a)(1)).

The allegations stem from a series of incidents that occurred between 2012 and 2022 involving
multiple juvenile victims. The case is being investigated by the Kokomo Police Department.
Mr. Arrington was taken into custody following the filing of charges. He remains presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
