Charles Robert “Bob” Mann

Charles Robert “Bob” Mann, 78, of Frankfort, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.

He was born on August 28, 1940 in Frankfort to Donald B. and Josephine Alice (Fisher) Mann.  He attended Frankfort High School through his junior year and was a 1958 graduate of Scircleville High School.  He was Merchandising and Marketing Manager for Bova Fruit Company in Indianapolis for 30 years, retiring in 1999.

Survivors include his Sons:  Mark Christopher Mann of South Port and Jeffery (Patricia) Mann of Shelbyville;  Daughter:  Cheryl (Gary) Farmer of Monrovia;  Brothers:  Donald (Betty) Mann of Marietta, GA and Bill (Joan) Mann of Frankfort;  Sister:  Donna (Gary) Kite of Rossville;  8 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Chapel of Peace at Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort.  Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort is honored to assist Mr. Mann’s family.  Memorial donations may be made in Bob’s honor to the Clinton County Cancer Fund, 241 South Broadway, Frankfort.  You are invited to visit archerweston.com where you may leave a condolence for the Mann family.

  1. I remember Bob from Scircleville High School. Unfortunately, keeping in contact with old friend isn’t as easy as it used to be. My condolences to all of Bob’s family. I’m sure he was proud of his children and “doted” on his grand children and his great grand children.

    May he rest in peach and his memory be a blessing to his entire family.
