The City of Frankfort has announced its trash pickup schedule for both Christmas and New Year’s.
Holiday Trash Pickup Schedule – Christmas
- Trash services will NOT RUN on Christmas Day, Monday, December 25. There will be a double pick-up on Tuesday, December 26 for both Monday and Tuesday routes. Please set out your trash cart(s) by 7 a.m. on Tuesday to ensure pickup. Routes will be running differently due to the double pickup. Administrative Offices & the Recycling Center will be closed on Monday & Tuesday due to the Christmas holiday.

- Trash services will NOT RUN on New Year’s Day, Monday, January 1, 2024. There will be a double pick-up on Tuesday, January 2nd for both Monday and Tuesday routes. Please set out your trash cart(s) by 7 a.m. on Tuesday to ensure pickup. Routes will be running differently due to the double pickup. Administrative Offices & the Recycling Center will be closed on Monday & Tuesday due to the Christmas holiday.
