Clinton Central’s Dillon Heaton To Play College Baseball at Wabash College

Clinton Central High School senior Dillon Heaton signed his letter of intent and accepted an offer to continue his academic and athletic career at Wabash College, where he will play baseball.

Heaton finished last season as the Bulldogs’ top pitcher, firing 50.2 innings en route to a 3.04 ERA and a team-high 89 strikeouts. He also contributed 15 hits, 16 runs and 10 RBIs.

A dedicated four-year varsity player for the Bulldogs, Heaton has been a consistent presence on the field throughout his high school career. His commitment, work ethic, and leadership have played a key role in the program, earning him respect from coaches, teammates, and the Clinton Central community.

In addition to continuing his baseball career, Dillon plans to pursue an education in pre-med at Wabash College, preparing for future goals beyond athletics while balancing the demands of collegiate competition.
