The Clinton County Government has announced its partnership with the National Association of Counties to collect and respectfully retire worn and tattered flags.
The community may utilize the service to properly retire their flag by dropping off their worn and tattered flags in the Official U.S. Flag Retirement Box receptacle in the lobby of the Clinton County Courthouse at 125 Courthouse Sq. in Frankfort.
