Clinton County Area Plan Commission to Meet July 7

The Clinton County Area Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, July 7, at 6 p.m. in the County Meeting Room of the Clinton County Annex Building, 2 E. Washington St., Suite 105, in Frankfort.

Following the call to order, roll call and approval of minutes, the commission will consider one item of old business before holding public hearings on two new land-use requests.

Old Business

Application #CC-2026-00137. Docket #04-26-SD Petition of JJ Property Investment, LLC c/o Jack Singh, 11863 E. County Road 300 S, Zionsville, Indiana, is requesting approval of a Major Subdivision, concerning 42.974 acres of land, in the B-5, Agribusiness, Zoning District. The petition site is located in Section 17, Township 21 N, Range 2 W, on the South side of W. State Road 28, between S. County Road 800 W and S. County Road 930 W, in Washington Township, located in the: 8500 Block of W. State Road 28, Frankfort, IN.

The commission’s agenda also includes new business, if any is presented, before members announce their next regularly scheduled meeting on Aug. 4, 2026.

Area Plan Commission meetings are open to the public. Clinton County officials note that, with at least 48 hours’ notice, appropriate aids and services will be provided to ensure effective communication for qualified individuals with disabilities.
