The Clinton County Autism Support Group is hosting a meeting for families, friends and advocates of the Autism and Disabilities Community to learn about the ADA coalition being formed between the City of Frankfort and the Clinton County Government.

The meeting will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Feb. 6 at the Connecting Point Church in the fellowship hall at 400 S. Third St. in Frankfort. Attendees are encouraged to enter through the backdoors for the meeting.

The meeting will feature Consultant Tim Clark, who is a leader in formulating the ADA coalition. The meeting will cover the premise of what the coalition is and how community members are able to become involved.

The coalition’s main goal is to assist local businesses, citizens and government entities with ADA accessibility and compliance issues within the county. The original meeting regarding the coalition was held on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at the Frankfort Police Department training room.
