Clinton County voters will have an opportunity to hear directly from local and state candidates during two public bi-partisan forums scheduled ahead of the 2026 primary election. The events will take place Tuesday, March 3, and Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Skanta Theatre, located inside the Frankfort Public Library.
Each forum will feature candidates from both the Republican and Democratic parties who are seeking local and state offices. Participants will deliver brief introductory remarks, respond to prepared questions, and answer select questions submitted by audience members. An individual from outside Clinton County will moderate the forums to help ensure neutrality.
The events are free and open to the public. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the program will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
The forums are sponsored by the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce and will be aired live on Hoosierland TV.
