The Clinton County Chamber of Commerce officially released that the State of the Chamber event held last Thursday was a success as they received enthusiasm and support from the community that ensured that the event would be truly memorable.
During the event, the Chamber announced the recipients of numerous awards, some of which were nominated and voted on by the community, including:
- 2024 Citizen of the Year: Sam and Carolyn Fields
- Clinton Central Educator of the Year: Carrie Barnett
- Clinton Prairie Educator of the Year: Sarah Sabens
- Community Schools of Frankfort Educator of the Year: Kelli Freeman
- Rossville Consolidated Schools Educator of the Year: Joel Wilson
- Clinton County Chamber of Commerce Member of the Year: Tornado Roofing, Mario and Jenny Moreno
- Business of the Year: Document Mountain, Kevin and Gigi Calhoun
- Manufacturer of the Year: Stoeller Automation, Inc., Dennis and Lisa Miller
- Non-Profit of the Year: Fraternal Order of Eagles, Billy Birge and Lyle Gidner
- HR Person of the Year: Cheryl Martin, City of Frankfort
- LeRoy Good Volunteer of the Year: Chris Vawter
