The Clinton County Civic Theatre, for the 23rd year, is offering a one-time $1,000 scholarship for seniors at Frankfort high School, Rossville High School, Clinton Central High School and Clinton Prairie High School who are planning on attending college and majoring in the field of theatre or performing arts, either on stage or in the area of production.
Applications are available at the Guidance Offices of these county high schools. The deadline for applying is April 19.
