On Wednesday, Clinton County Sheriff’s Office Detective Sergeant Matt Feterick arrested Clinton County Corrections Officer, RC Smith, 34 of Dayton, for Sexual Misconduct By Service Provider With Detainee following an investigation. This investigation is ongoing. Formal charges are pending from the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office.
